(More customer reviews)I am a neophyte when it comes to using overhead projectors, but took a chance on this one. I was able to use the USB cord (included) to do a power presentation for a meeting, only 24 hours after the projector arrived. It was truly "plug & play."
A few days later, I needed to present a video clip to an audience. When I checked it out, I discovered that in videos, the USB cord was inadequate. So, I tried the "external monitor" cord (also included) and the situation was quickly resolved!
There were no worries about buying the right cords to connect anything, and there was no problem in getting it set up. It works well in a "dimly lit room." It has a nice feature that turns off the light (but not the projector) when the front cover is closed, and it is "instantly cool" after turned off. Besides the cords, it comes with its own carrying case and a cd with a manual to install on your computer.
I haven't yet run sound through the projector, since I have stereo speakers I use for that purpose.
Would I buy it again? Absolutely! Would I tell friends about it? Without hesitation.
*** Later note - I have since run sound through the projector. It is not as loud as using my stereo speakers, but it is OK in a smaller room.

After some research, i decided this look like a good investment and it works great.
The computer consumes about 300W under normal usage (3 drives almost always on, probably more like 5 on the raid), but the oversize and available power let it work very efficiently.
This 1000W actually uses less power than my 430W did.

(More customer reviews)This replaced my G.Skill Titan 128GB SSD and this is a nice improvement overall especially in random reads. No matter what, if you are still running the traditional HDDs, you are missing out. Window 7 is designed for SSD so you will get more out of your system if you switch to something like this. It may seem expensive for some, but for the money at current SSD market, this is in my opinion the best for for the $$$. It's actually not 160GB, but speccy reads it as 176GB.
Had this for 3 months now, no lag, no jitters, just simply fast everything. Very quick start up, shut down, and hibernate.

Out of all the prefab HTPC cases, this is the only one I have run across that would be worthy to be used in my own system. Everything is remarkably thick and is built heavy duty. The case is tall enough for nearly any aftermarket cooler. Be forewarned that extra long video cards and power supplies may not fit so measure accordantly.

(More customer reviews)I bought the OCZ OCZSSD2-1SUM120G Summit Series 120GB SATA II Solid State Drive , While Amazon sells it for $398, I was able to pick one up for just under $300 with a $20 rebate directly from OCZ. The specs are fantastic :Min Trans Rate 160 mb/sec;max trans rate 194 mb/sec; access time 0.2 ms. I used this as the boot disc for Windows Vista Ultimate ,and it cut down my start up time by 2/thirds, and knowing how slow Vista is to load, this is remarkable. I plan to use more SSD drives as boot discs only, therefore , you only really need to purchase one between 30 and 120mb total size, while using conventional SATA 7200 rpm drives to store data on.
The interface it the same as the sata drives you are used to, and connection is a snap, you do not have to format these drives, and in fact you should not attempt to defrag or low-level format this type of drive , for fear of destroying its efficiency and speed.
I am impressed and I believe you will be also.

Swiftech H20-220 Ultima XT CPU liquid cooling kit Review

(More customer reviews)This watercooling system is perfect for the gamer who is thinking about an alternative method of cooling, while keeping sound down to a minimum, and adding a touch of charisma to your gaming rig. The radiator size (120mmx2) can easily accomodate additions to the loop, like a northbridge cooler, or a video card cooler; maybe even 2 video card coolers. However, you may want to invest in some extra tubing of the same diameter, and some extra fittings.
I suggest aluminum barb fittings for this type of tubing, because if you have to disconnect it for any reason, the plastic doesnt play nice, and you risk damaging the plastic. Also, invest in a larger reservoir if you plan on cooling more components, and maybe some high grade coolant.
BE ADVISED: AUTOMOTIVE RADIATOR FLUID DOES WORK, BUT MIXING IT WITH OTHER ADDITIVES IS NOT SMART. YOU CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR RIG BECAUSE OF THE HEAT EXCHANGE AND CAN CAUSE SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION. KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING AND DO RESEARCH.
Oh, and another thing...this is essential for overclocking your processor. I've seen high speeds reached on air cooling, and with the proper parameters, this is the next logical step. ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: OVERCLOCKING VOIDS WARRANTIES. DON'T TRY TO OVERCLOCK YOUR DELL, AND IF YOU OVERCLOCK YOUR INTEL EXTREME EDITION CPU, I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU FRY IT. With that said, i reached 4.4Ghz using an Intel Core i7 965 Extreme Edition CPU. By special order, you can get the 1366 bracket for this kit if it didnt come in the package. There definitely a lot of cooling power.
My only peeve is that the Reservoir is too small. I'm going to upgrade my reservoir in a couple months when i add a couple more cooling blocks to the loop.
All in all, good kit. No one should be disappointed, and the price is good for a kit that could get you started on building/upgrading your watercooling system.

Lian Li PC-V1200 - Mid tower-silver or black - extended ATX - no power supply Review

(More customer reviews)Short and sweet, this case is really nicely done. Quite roomy for a mid-tower, which is, oddly enough, my only complaint. The case is bordering on huge. Sure, it's nice to have SIX hard drive bays and FIVE accessory bays (CD-ROMs, etc.), but does anyone really need all that space in a mid-tower? If you're going with a liquid cooling system and want space for a radiator, etc.., then great, but otherwise, I wish the case was a bit smaller. Hence my 4 star rating. This is the smallest case that features the 3 zone cooling system, so if you want that, then deal with it I guess.
Anyway, great build quality, but it is a bit over-priced in my opinion. The materials are ~good~, but for $200+, they should be great. It's a shame when you have to overpay to get this kind of quality, but make no mistake, there's not a better case for the money out there right now. I'm justifying the expense by keeping in mind that this case is not disposable, but instead, will be used again and again.
Oh yeah, I got the Antec 480 neopower PS, which is pretty big, and it fits like a dream. Fact is, I've not seen a PS that wouldn't fit in this case.
Obviously the case is meant to mimic the Apple G5, which it does pretty well, but if you want to see an _excellent_ case, check out the G5's. Quality of workmanship to materials used, the G5 is head and shoulders above this one. But, of course, the G5 case is not available by itself. :-(
Anyway, the case is quite good and looks great sitting next to my G5. One of the nice touches that Lian-Li put on the case is a G5-like DVD/CD-Rom bay at the top. Instead of the door sliding down, it flips open, but it's a very nice touch regardless.
Pick this case up for your next project and you won't be dissapointed.

(More customer reviews)This set of Corsair DDR3 memory modules is the best in the market, but it didn't work great with my Asus Rampage Extreme adn have requisted a replacement form Amazon.com, which they ship out very fast like the next business day delevery; however, these memory modules would give a blue screen. The first set would give a blue screen as well, but it would keep dump the physical memory. The second set that gave me a blue screen, would not dump the physical memory, but would just keep the blue screen on my computer and would not be able to install Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit or even 32 bit. So, I have requested Corsair for a RMA support, but having yeat recieved a respons. I will recontact them and see what would happen, I love Amazon.com, but with product I have had no luck. I have the OCZ Technologies Fatal1ty DDR3 memory modules, which aren't bad but they are slower than these Corsair DDR3 memory modules. I would purchase these from some where else.

(More customer reviews)I needed a new HD after my high end 7.2k 250GB drive started to fail and after much reading of many reviews I gave this new SSD a shot.
WOW! This drive is so very fast it is amazing. Vista Ultimate 32bit installed in a few min, boot up is just crazy, and everything works as it should. My system has that snap that makes a joy to use.
Of course, if you need to store a ton of images, DVD images, or the like then you might not find 32gb to be acceptable but for me it is fine. After Vista, Office 2003, QBs, FireFox, and a couple of gigs of files I have 7.5gb free. Not a lot but enough.
If you are OK with the price and need a new HD this one is the way to go; I can't ever see myself going back to a non SDD drive again.

(More customer reviews)I have two of these CPUs on an Intel S5000Xvn motherboard and they are BEASTS! I get about 25,000 points a day at World Community Grid folding@home. I can have two or three modern PC games open at once and easily alt-tab between them in just a couple seconds, literally. The CPU usage will run about 40% with Batman, Bioshock 2, and Left 4 Dead 2 open all at once with absolutely ZERO stuttering. The CPU headroom is just insane. I recommend getting a dual-socket board so you can add a SECOND one if you desire in the future. Also, utilize all the memory slots because this beast has QUAD CHANNEL memory!
