(More customer reviews)I ordered the 2TB model on 6/3 it arrived 6/8. Instead of 2TB, 2GB ram, I received a cheaper model 500GB, 1GB ram. Ritz Camera was selling both versions on Amazon. They will not honor their commitment to sell me what I paid for. I offered to wait until it came in stock, I asked if I could have a rain check, they said no to both. They gave me a refund. I won't buy from them again.
Update: Today 7/26 Ritz Camera called me to tell me that the 2 TB Server was back in stock. They told me I could now re-order it. I explained that the price has gone up by $195. I also found it for much less money on the web. I asked if they would honor the original price, she said no.
Here is the great part of this: she asked me to remove my negative comments from Amazon, as I no longer wanted the item!
I told her if they honored the original price I would be happy to make the purchase. She said she would check on that. Two days later... still not heard from Ritz Camera.
