(More customer reviews)Several netbooks including Acer, Asus, HP and etc were considered before buying the S10-2. I eliminated Acer and Asus due to the 'cheap' looking plastic quality of the device and lack of quality support. I ultimately decided on Lenovo S10-2 based on my past experience with the quality of IBM ThinkPad (since Lenovo is the old ThinkPad biz). Also, the support was great when I had a question regarding the product. Also, the OneKey Recovery is a great feature on this NetBook to "reset" without a CD or download.
Battery life is better than expected. Depending on use, I can go as long as 8 hour without recharging.
Overall, I would recommend this product to my friends and family.
