(More customer reviews)I chose this scanner over the comparable Fujitsu model becasue of my positive experience w/ Canon over time. I recommend a call to Canon after installation if you need help tweaking the configuration settings, it makes a big difference. When I received this scanner, I couldn't get the scanner to load more than 5 of the expected 50 pages at a time. I called Canon tech support and the sent me a new roller kit via FedEx overnight, free of charge. The scanner works flawlessly now. I highly recommend this product.
