The single problem I've had with it is that the pre-installed ArcSoft software won't leave me alone, I'm perpetually getting pop-up boxes telling me there's a missing file. ArcSoft has been notified, but so far they're chosen to ignore me.
The main reason for purchasing this particular model number is the INCLUDED 3-year manufacturer's warranty. I DEEPLY resent most consumer electronics being sold with a minimal warranty, with the expectation that the consumer has to buy an aftermarket "service contract" to get any meaningful protection. Not all MSI computers have this 3-year protection, but the -060US does.
This is important to me, because the last two computers I've purchased have died (prematurely) just out of (the too-short) warranty; and Hewlett-Packard left me hanging on both of them. I'll NEVER buy HP again.
Secondary reasons for purchase are 1) excellent responses from MSI (in particular Nina Chou) to my e-mailed questions; and 2) THIS COMPUTER IS IMPRESSIVELY FAST.
The A6200-060US was out-of-production for a few months, but is now back in stock (as of early/mid September, 2010) at some resellers. My second unit was ordered through Electronic Express via Amazon just a few minutes ago.
