Pros:
- very reliable, never had one fail
- online interface is nice and easy to use
Cons:
-the price is quite high
-the software that comes with the unit is Windows only

(More customer reviews)This is a pretty nice device. The first one quit a couple weeks after installation. Tech support was very helpful and sent me out a replacement. The new one has been running fine. The web interface is pretty basic. I have several devices plugged into it and it still reads 0 amps. I'm not sure how accurate the amp reading is. I remotely turned a device off, but when I went in it was running. I haven't looked into why it was on. The cycle option works very nice.

(More customer reviews)I am using this UPS for professional audio equipment so I am not implementing the automated shutdown features it offers for computer systems. The unit is well constructed and was easy to install in an EIA equipment rack. Using the rear rail supports was a bit of a chore as the device was meant for a server rack which normally has a much greater depth than the rack in which this UPS is mounted. A couple of cuts to the adjustable drawer glide style rear support rails with a metal cutting saw and I had attachment points at both the front AND rear of the unit. This UPS has worked without fail for over a year. We tried a few simulated power failure tests when we first bought it (the UPS feature has not been needed in the field yet) and it switched over without loss of power and ran the equipment for a more than ample period of time to allow shut down without incident.
