(More customer reviews)I am using this UPS for professional audio equipment so I am not implementing the automated shutdown features it offers for computer systems. The unit is well constructed and was easy to install in an EIA equipment rack. Using the rear rail supports was a bit of a chore as the device was meant for a server rack which normally has a much greater depth than the rack in which this UPS is mounted. A couple of cuts to the adjustable drawer glide style rear support rails with a metal cutting saw and I had attachment points at both the front AND rear of the unit. This UPS has worked without fail for over a year. We tried a few simulated power failure tests when we first bought it (the UPS feature has not been needed in the field yet) and it switched over without loss of power and ran the equipment for a more than ample period of time to allow shut down without incident.
