(More customer reviews)This is one HEAVY UPS. Make no mistake, this is not really intended for home use. It is incredibly user friendly, except the weight. The software is great! The only real downside is when the unit looses power, the fans that kick on are more than a little noisy... but they only come turn on when it looses power, so that's a pretty small downside... Oh, and only 4 of the outlets are back-up outlets. The other 4 are surge protected only. All in all, the unit is great. And [...] got it to me FAST! I've ordered from them before, and will definitely do so again
