Its fast, I've been using it daily for about a month and no problems so far. It feels a bit heavier than the asus, but can still throw it in my hobo andring it with me everywhere. The speakers are decent and the screen is perfect. It comes with windows 7. You can change the wallpaper, but I downloaded a program that allows me to change it.
