(More customer reviews)The product itself is fine except I was suprised to find it did not come with any backup CDs. I called to inquire and was told I needed to make tham myself. I haven't determined how to do that yet. The major problem however is that although it came loaded with Microsoft Office 2010 there was no product number so the program can't be used. I called about this issue and was told that it didn't come with Microsoft Office 2010 and I needed to purchase the product from Microsoft. I responded by sending the order summary from Amazon which indicated that it came loaded with Microsoft Office 2010. That was three days ago and have not received a response.
