(More customer reviews)After reading some of the shipping complaints on the Optima Batteries I was a little concerned, but I had a load of Amazon gift certificates to use so I rolled the dice and ordered this very nice battery. This is one of the most powerful group 31 batteries available. It arrived sooner than expected (UPS) but was shipped in the original box with no additional padding. The box was broken and had been taped back together. One bottom corner of the battery was crunched pretty good, but I don't think any cells were exposed. I coated the corner with industrial strength adhesive (E-6000) and let it harden overnight. It seems okay now. I have it installed in my '93 Dodge diesel truck and it is working fine. I will post another review when I replace this battery to let everyone know about longevity. [...]
