(More customer reviews)HP acquired 3Com last year and they have relabeled the 3Com Baseline Plus Switch 2900G - 28 port as the HP V1910G-24. It is a very capable switch, with excellent VLAN support, full SNMPv3, and some very handy built-in physical cable test capabilities. At this price (under five hundred dollars), this device is a real bargain. It still runs the 3Com firmware, and has a few unusual features (such as the 3Com "captcha" web management login security, which you can't disable). But there is no other switch as powerful as this one for the money.
