(More customer reviews)Just received the Fuji S3200 today..I have had many many digital cameras from about every manufacturer..since I first started digital photography in 1999..One of my all time favorite cameras was my little Fuji DX10(not even a 1mp camera).I have not had a Fuji digital camera for many years because they used the XD memory cards and finally now this past year just about all of the camera manufacturers are now finally using the SD cards.. I decided I wanted to try one of the Super zoom Bridge cameras..after selling my Nikon D40 last fall(loved the camera just too bulky and heavy to carry all day with all the lens)..so after 3 months of extensive research on many of these bridge cameras..and testing the Fuji S2550..Panasonic FZ35 and the Nikon P100..(all returned due to different issues)I have finally found my camera..Since this camera had only one review, I read all of the posted reviews on HSN for the Fuji S4000..which is almost identical except for the 30X Zoom and a higher DPI on the LCD screen..many of the reviewers highly complimented these cameras on the excellent crisp photos..Many users were having issues with an error warning to turn the Camera on and off..I have not experienced any problems so far..always make sure the LENS CAP IS OFF THE CAMERA..when it is turned on..I have been experimenting with the camera this evening trying different modes and settings..and the photos are very crisp and sharp right out of the camera..I do not use photo editing except to maybe crop a photo or resize once in awhile..so I have high expectations for my cameras performance..So far the results are very satisfactory..I have not had a chance to test the camera outdoors yet..so I will add to my post with my outdoor results..I posted some photos in the Fuji S3200 gallery..since no one has done that yet with either the S3200 or S4000..The other issue with the Fuji S series cameras has been the loud annoying motor noise that could be heard in the videos..when using the zoom..it appears that Fuji has finally corrected this issue..Also there is a really neat little device that is compatible with many of the Fuji digital cameras including the S Series..called the Finepix HD Player..it is a SD card reader for your HD TV..which also plays back your video..and connects with a regular HDMI cable to your HD TV..The camera is a bit bulkier and heavier than I would like also due to the fact that it uses AA batteries..I can visualize if you are not careful that your batteries will fall out of your camera when you are changing the SD card..If you are looking for a zoom bridge camera with an excellent 24x zoom and fairly simple to operate with beautiful clear photos..I would highly recommend the Fuji S3200..
