(More customer reviews)This is a spectacular monitor, at an even more spectacular price. I can promise you that if you haven't had a 28" monitor before, no matter how prepared you are for this thing, you'll still be floored by it's size.
There are other "discount" monitors I've tried from Amazon, and ended up returning them because colors were off. One had a VERY blue bias and I began to wonder if bad color was something you needed to expect with a low price.
This I-Inc changed my mind. It's huge, and the color and brightness are just about spot on. With a bit of color adjustment, it was perfect for me.
Now, along with all the great points, there was a single bad one. A single pixel actually. It was dangerously close to the center of the screen, and it was a blue pixel stuck "on". I tried to tell myself it didn't bother me, but as soon as I played a dark video or played a dark video game, there it was, driving me insane.
I put up with the stuck pixel figuring (again) that this was just part of the "discount" price. At the end of my 30 days (actually 2 days over) I finally called Amazon, and politely told them my problem.
They immediately sent me a new one (at their cost) and included a pre-paid shipping label for my bad one. Two days later I had a "pixel perfect" monitor, and Amazon has a customer for life.
Thank you Amazon. Brilliant service means I'll be back over and over and over.
