(More customer reviews)For the price, this microscope was an absolute steal. Lens quality were great, as image quality goes, I could not tell the difference between this 500$ microscope and the 1,300$ Motic microscope used at the university. As for the lighting, the 1,300$ microscope beat this one out. There's this very slight yellow tinge, even with the blue filter on, but at the price, I really have no complaints since I can see everything that I need to see without blur. This microscope couldn't adjust the contrast, but never claimed it could, and I'm not rating it lower because it can't. I haven't tried out the digital connection yet but so far everything was as promised.
