(More customer reviews)The performance of this laptop is incredible! Its dual core 2.0 ghz processor can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. And it does this at a cool 43C and 64C under full load. My intel atom computer idles at 38C and, under full load averages 55C.
There are only two things i dont like about this computer are the fact that you cannot install windows xp on it. The hardware simply wont accept it, it bluescreens during installation; and the graphics chip is kinda bad. It can handle most stuff, including bluray movies outputting to a 52" plasma via HDMI just fine, but it will put a lot of stress on it. The main cpu gets up to about 73C at that point and where the graphics chip is, is too hot to touch for too long(about 96C estimated). It can run Call of Duty Modern Warfare which is a highly graphics intensive game, but you have to go to computer properties and set everything for performance as opposed to appearance. Certain games just wont run on an integrated chip no matter what, even if it can process it at 5% load. One notable game is Just Cause 2.
It has brought me 18 months of happiness at the time of writing this review; and i will gladly keep it until it dies, but if i can get it sold, i wouldnt mind "trading"(selling and using the money to buy another one)it for something new. You will notice i have this listed for sale.
