(More customer reviews)I bought this power supply for my office and it worked perfectly for about a 1 1/2 years and then it started to beep say battery was bad. I didn't know but APC has a pretty good RMA system. Unfortunately, I found that out after I bought replacement battery. Oh well, next time i'll check up on warranty on my products.
