(More customer reviews)Bought one last July, installed easy, worked great. 3 months in, started dying (hanging - had to power cycle to make it work again). Reaching Super Talent customer support was a challenge. They told me to ship it overnight and pre-pay for overnight shipping back, what a crock that was. After they got it they told me it will be 3-6weeks before they even look at it. Finally after calling almost daily for 3 weeks (and having them repeatedly tell me what I want to hear just to get me off the phone "yes sir, we shipped it", "it's going out today", etc, etc) I got my replacement few weeks later. Another 3 months later, the replacement is dead again, tried calling, this time they don't even take live calls, just "email us please" message. *sigh* When I emailed I got an automated "fill out this form and we'll fix/replace in 3 weeks" form. At this rate I figure I got one more replacement before they run out their warranty - now I know why it's only 1 year. *sigh*
