(More customer reviews)This keyboard really helps with my RSI problems. My wrists just don't hurt, as they do when I use a flat keyboard. It does take a little getting used to, but I type enough that I didn't feel this was a big deal.
Unfortunately, I use multiple computers, and it does not deal well with being swapped between computers. Kinesis Tech Support recommended resetting the keyboard by holding down F7 for 15 seconds during power-up, and this works when swapping between my Mac and my PowerBook G4, although it has the unfortunate side effect that key bindings get wiped out every time. However, the keyboard does not work *at all* with my Windows 7 PC. The PC goes "beep beep" when I plug in or unplug the keyboard, so I know it's presence is being detected. However, typing does *nothing* and Kinesis has no drivers for Windows 7. Beware.
The Goldtouch Adjustable keyboard also works wonders for my RSI, and costs 1/3 as much as this Kinesis.
