(More customer reviews)I bought this thinking it had an internal hard drive in which to store data , as the description implies, but when it arrived I noticed there was no 'save to hard drive ' option, even though it shows you how in the manual. Amazon was great about it and sent me out another one. Sure enough the 2nd one was also missing the hard drive , at which point I figured out that the description was just wrong and this is just a burner to burn from disc to disc and it does that well, but it is pretty disappointing when you think you are getting more.
I hope the description has been corrected so no more customers will have this frustration.
