(More customer reviews)I love the laptop for the most part. I mostly use it for travel, and have only traveled once since the purchase. I was trying to install software, and encountered the same issue I did when I was out of town. Everything is working fine, and then the mouse/touch-pad quits working. I tried turning on/off several times the first time it happened, but nothing seemed to help. The next morning, booted, and everything worked as normal. That was a month ago, and now tonight..same problem.
Where do I go from here? I don't really want to return it, just hoping to find out what the issue is. Please advise. The laptop has 2 or 3 hours at most on it, and that was mostly installs and updates.
