(More customer reviews)This M&S system is absolutely great. It uses Cat5 or Cat6 wire and performs flawlessly. If you install it yourself you need to be familiar with structured wiring and you must know how to punch down on a 110 block. It can support a maximum of 16 stations including doors and patio. There is an audio input option which allows you to plug in any audio source for listening at all stations. A door chime is built in for up to 3 doors and it also supports remote door unlock. It sure beats the older 3 or 6 wire intercon systems. This system is truely the direction of future home intercom.
