Then what you would do, and your tech folks would look it over & decide the outcome.
If it was unfixable you would refund the purchase price.
Then i did what you said, then you did your part 110%, and the money went for another laptop, with a Swuaretrade warranty. unbelievable.
Congratulations on such an amazing business plan.
Obviously I'm telling friends & relatives.
