(More customer reviews)The camera is amazing though this package deal is worst i have seen yet. It came with all that it says in the kit but none of it was good. The only thing that is good to use is the camera itself, the lens, carrying bag and the filters. The rest are stuff made in china and very cheap quality. So cheap that if i throw it into the trash they might charge me for getting rid of it.
It comes with a transend SDHC class 10 card, again cheap quality. The card lasted 15 days after which it died on me and I lost all my pictures. I got a return from the vendor but i am scared to use it now so I bought another sandisk extreme class 10 (30Mbps) card, which is amazing and fast.
The cables that come with this kit are again very bad quality and break easily. dont get me started with the vivitar cleaning kit in it. I would rather clean my lens with a toulet mop.
The tripod is really bad, does not stand to the weight of the camera. It will keep slipping and falling no matter what angle you keep it in. Dont want to take a risk with the great camera with this cheap tripod.
The card reader is a waste and will render your card unreadable and will corrupt it. Dont use it.
If it was just for the camera, I would say I will give 5 starts as its amazing and i think the quality beats a lot of professional cameras out there. The controls are a bit difficult at first but you wil get a hang of it.
I would suggest that you buy this camera and nto the kit. Then buy individual items from any other vendor which is of good quality.
BTW, the vendor was nice and replaced the bad card instantly without questions. But he has to realise that he is not selling a good deal in the first place.
