(More customer reviews)When I started looking for HDTV, i went to BestBuy and had a look at all major leagues. I finalized on Panasonic because that had very crisp pictures. Then I saw a great deal on K-Mart, and immediately bought it.
Pros:
1. Very good HD and SD quality. You need to consider SD quality as well since you still have few TV channels on SD and if you are like me where Dish Network can only provide 4 out of 120 channels in HD you know what I am saying.
2. Very good side to side viewing, you can literally sit on the side and still enjoy TV.
3. Excellent sound, it's really loud for its 10W speakers.
4. This TV appears as speakers in Windows 7, so you can select it as default speakers, and each time you plug in your computer with HDMI cable, you get audio as well.
5. Easy to use remote and menu's, once you tweak the picture settings you can see the best of it.
6. It eve turns off your computer (with Windows 7) when you turn off your TV. So if you can setup Windows Media center then its best suited for it.
Cons:
1. As with every budget TV this does not have analog audio out. No headphone jack either.
2. Might not be fully compatible with all universal remotes. I have Dish network remote, and I cannot change any menu settings. But I can change sound volume and turn it on or off.
