(More customer reviews)As my first SSD drive purchase, I am very pleased with this drive. The drive is noticeably lighter compared with the regular 2.5" drives. It speeded up Windows loading time to ~60% of old timing. Defragmentation is very fast, which is useful for me. Laptop battery life increased by about 10%. The casing seems very slightly different from standard 2.5" drive, as I had a bit of hard time fitting it into the location of the old drive with screws on (had to give up the screws in the end).
While the speed enhancements are welcome, I've purchased this drive for avoiding having hard-drive problems/bad sectors down the road (which seem unavoidable in 3-4 yrs of laptop use).
