They contacted me after that saying that there wasn't any problem and inconveniencie with the replacement lamp. It began to warmed up and was ready to use. We found that it was great to purchase some more to have spare parts and decided to purchase 5 more. We have been ordering for the last 6 months and no problem at all. I recommend this product.
