(More customer reviews)this is my first laptop, but I went through a few from the store before stumbling upon the MSI A6200-206US. All I can say is: Wow!
- plays movies 2304 x 1440 @ 80Hz via the vga port to my 24" Wide Screen Trinitron CRT monitor {8^,
- I can use 1280 x 800 @ 85Hz and run my KWorld USB Digital TV stick FULL SCREEN! Not even my PC with 9600GT could do that without the audio stuttering, etc.
- This laptop is a powerhouse for all but high end gaming and it runs cooler than another brand/model I returned to the store to exchange for this MSI gem
- I built a few high end gaming Pc's and this laptop has replaced my PC tower and I don't miss it (unless I want to game with Crysis, Mass effect 2, all the recent releasess. Sorry, I don't have game performance fps yet)
- Up to 4 hour run per battery charge
- Chicklet type keyboard - each key presses easy and has a quiet snap feel to it (tactile feedback). Best feel for a keyboard ever, I think anyway
- has a numeric keypad and all the keyboard keys are spaced perfectly apart - no finger jammming
- Excellent HD LED 15.6" Display - razor sharp and colors are very good indeed (I'm not sure if it's 720p or 1080p)
- Intel HD Graphics chip is excellent with up to 1.6GB shared memory
- 4GB PC3-8500 (1066MHz) SODIMM memory (2 x 2GB)
- wireless Network (connected easy to my Qwest DSL modem)
the list goes on ... if you're shopping for a features rich quality build with smart looks laptop you've found it in this MSI A6200-206US beauty
Oh, did I mention the ExpressCard port, excellent quality audio and ....
