However, it is very likely that what's in the box is not running the latest version of the firmware. Nor will you find the latest drivers... Be sure to download/install the latest firmware (or it may not work with your motherboard). And be sure to download/install the latest drivers (or it may not work with your OS). Their customer service is excellent and pointed me to these software upgrades which finally got everything working. I would have given 5 stars if it had worked out of the box but there was a bit of hair pulling and time wasted getting things going.
